VocalEase Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the VocalEase website (vocal-ease.com) and its related services, including but not limited to online courses, instructor profiles, and community forums (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VocalEase.

VocalEase provides a platform for individuals seeking vocal training and for instructors offering such training. The Services include access to online vocal courses, instructor profiles, communication tools, and other resources related to vocal development. By submitting content to VocalEase, such as course materials or forum posts, you grant VocalEase a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in connection with the Services. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.

6. Course Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment in VocalEase courses is subject to availability. VocalEase reserves the right to refuse enrollment to any individual. Course fees are specified on the VocalEase website and are subject to change. Payment for courses must be made in accordance with the payment terms specified on the website. VocalEase uses secure payment processing methods to protect your financial information.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund policies for courses vary and are specified on the course description page. Generally, refunds are not offered for partially completed courses. Cancellations must be made in accordance with the cancellation policy specified on the course description page. VocalEase reserves the right to cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a course cancellation by VocalEase, enrollees will receive a full refund.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. VOCALEASE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICES ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. VOCALEASE DOES NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT OR MATERIALS AVAILABLE ON THE SERVICES. YOU USE THE SERVICES AT YOUR OWN RISK.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VOCALEASE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE, OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER USERS OR THIRD PARTIES; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL VOCALEASE'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO VOCALEASE, IF ANY, DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold VocalEase harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
